Our typical client is a small to medium sized business founded by a visionary in their field. Typically, our clients look to us to solve problems beyond their resources or expertise. We understand the emotions involved when facing threatening business issues and attack them with logic and confidence that only years and variety of experience can provide. While few legal services are inexpensive, fees can be justified when your goals are clearly understood and progress is made towards reaching them. No lawyer can ethically guarantee that their services will ultimately be successful in achieving particular goals. However, we believe our clients should be able to count on the fact that we are focused on your success without overcharging, will be available when needed, and will get you the resources to accomplish your result even if they are not available at our firm. How do we intend to win your business? We intend to win your business through simple, no-nonsense solutions whenever possible. We also believe strongly in giving back to our community through pro bono service.
